Reconstruction and Expansion Project of Tai'an to Zaozhuang Section of the Beijing-Taiwan Expressway

China's first fully operational "expansion and reconstruction + smart expressway" project, spans 189.5 kilometers with an estimated investment of 26.4 billion yuans, has expanded the original two-way four-lane road to a two-way eight-lane road. We achieved digital management, modular design and prefabricated construction, and established a strategy for layered reuse of bridge structures. Throughout the entire line, more than 12,000 old bridge slabs were retained, with 100% of the bridge deck slabs being recycled and a 70% utilization rate. The asphalt milling recovery rate was 100%, and the pavement recycling rate exceeded 70%, saving nearly 1.5 billion yuans.

Restoration Project of Tang River and Bai River Navigation

This project is a key construction initiative in China's national "13th Five-Year Plan" for the defense highway and waterway plan and is included in the State Council's "Han River Ecological Economic Belt Development Plan". The project involves a total of 16 bridges. Despite the demolition and reconstruction of several bridges in the region, our company efficiently organized the construction process, ensuring minimal disruption to regional traffic and saving approximately 86 million yuans in direct costs. The economic benefits of maintaining smooth regional traffic are also substantial.

    Inspection of Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway

Beijing–Shanghai high-speed railway is one of the busiest high speed railways in the world, with significant safety responsibilities. We utilized advanced inspection technologies such as ultrasonic testing and radiographic testing to comprehensively collect bridge data. We achievied real-time comprehensive infrastructure monitoring, to obtain the difference between the actual state and the ideal state of the bridge structure. And we used modern control to identify, adjust, and predict these differences, ensuring that the bridge construction state is as close to the ideal state as possible.

    Project of Danjiangkou Reservoir’s Bridges

The Danjiangkou Reservoir Ring Road is known as China's most beautiful scenic highway, encompassing eight bridges. By utilizing local materials and turning waste into resources, the utilization rate of discarded soil and rubble for the bridges exceeded 95%. Additionally, in the construction of several bridges, we adopted the "abandon straight for curve" bridge-building approach to reasonably avoid extensive excavation and filling, thus protecting the reservoir's ecology and striving to achieve the goal of "zero waste".
